It is difference for you for set time using computer by you children that they do not think about their study, but you do not worry about this. I show you the application that name Wise Auto Shutdown. It can set time to ​​Shutdown, Restart, Log off, Hibernate and more.
Please practice with me:

1- You download this application just click here

2- Double click on the File "WASSetup" to install

3- When you install already, open this application.

             + At the left Panel for choosing action as

                         - Shut Down

                         - Restart

                         - Log off

                         - Hibernate

                         - Power off

                         - Sleep

             +  At the right Panel for setting date and time 

4- Then you already set, you just click on "Stat Task" button
