Deleted files from Hard Disk not recovery

TweakNow SecureDelete is a file shredder program that can delete multiple files and folders at once, even files currently in the Recycle Bin. It also has one of the better user interfaces that I've seen among the many file scrubbers I've looked at.
Because TweakNow SecureDelete can also remove all the files from an entire hard drive at once, I've included it in my list of free data destruction programs.
1- The first time you must have TweakNow SecureDelete (you can download the below link)
2- How to Delete File or Folder

     - Click on Files & Folders

     - Click on Add File or Add Folder to choose File or Folder that you want to delete out off Hard Disk
     - And then Select on File​ or Folder in the List and click Delete button
Note:
            . Remove button for deleting File or Folder out off List not delete it out off hard disk
            . Delete button for deleting File or Folder out off Hard Disk
3- How to delete file for Recycle Bin
     - Click on Recycle Bin
     - Select on other Drive that you want to delete in the Recycle bin location on your computer
     - Then click on Empty Recycle Bin button
